DELIVERY
Products take about 7-10 days from placing your order (depending on your pincode). This is because all our products are MADE TO ORDER to your specific requirements and body type.
NO REFUND POLICY
Since we custom-make pants, we only accept an exchange/return and do not offer refunds unless specified.
ALTERATIONS POLICY
We offer free alterations on every order. All our products are custom-made and free alterations are offered within 10 days from the date of you receiving the product.

We offer to alter the product a maximum of 2 times to get the fit right for you. If you are not happy with the fit after the first alteration, we will offer a second alteration for free. This request needs to be raised within 7 days of receipt of the first alteration.
For all products purchased from any website/marketplace other than www.chinomaster.com, we cannot offer any direct alterations/exchanges.
This will have to be requested directly with the website/marketplace from where the order was placed.
If any of the information is not received within the timelines specified, the Company has the right to reject the alteration request.
EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
Since we custom-make pants, we only accept an exchange/return if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, defective fabric, or the wrong product.
- All exchange or return requests related to receiving the wrong product or manufacturing defects should be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
To process an exchange or return, please email us at care@chinomaster.com or WhatsApp/call us at +918317451798 with your order details, reason for return, and a picture of the wrong/damaged product.
Upon receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 hours. After we receive the returned product, our quality team will check it and process your Alteration/Exchange within 48 hours.
